The Pioneer 790HD home theater system is one of those 5.1 configuration systems that use direct energy amplifier technology to make sounds richer and livelier resulting to a better experience when listening to the latest DVD and high-definition movies.

The Pioneer 790HD is no longer found in the main website since there are newer home theater systems available. Considering the specs and power potential of this system, this is still a good 5.1 system to get and the price is a bit reduced costing under $500. It should still be able to blend in well with current setups and LCD displays thanks to the HDMI support and the design impresses just like the other Pioneer products.
