One interesting and unique feature can be noticed on the back of the player where there are color coded speaker terminals to make the setup process faster. Interacting with the device can be just as easy with the AV remote control that has all of the necessary buttons in carrying out basic commands to the home theater system. In addition, this same remote can be used as a TV remote as well as a remote for the DVD player that is hooked up or VCR.

This whole set used to be priced at $499, but now refurbished systems can be bought for more than half the price. This is good for a 5.1-channel product and even though there is no HDMI support, the support for modern decoders makes this a great DVD player companion.
