Pioneer Wireless Home Theater Systems

The Pioneer Corporation has been in business for many years, since 1938. It is based in Tokyo Japan, and it specializes in digital entertainment products. Every guy out there remembers that Pioneer brand stereos were the top of the line for their cars when they were kids, and this has not changed after all of these years.

Pioneer played a major role in the development of interactive cable TV, and the laser disc player. In 1985 they introduced the 40 inch projection monitor, and in 1996 the DEVD/CD player.

Wireless remotes are very common but wireless home theater systems are not as common. However, things are beginning to change and wireless home theater systems are cheaper than ever before. If you’re thinking about getting a wireless system you should know that there are both pros and cons. You obviously won't have any cords to trip over and will also have more flexibility as to where you put your components. On the other hand wireless systems can be interfered with quite easily.  It’s not common but your wireless system has the potential to be interfered with by wireless remotes outside of your home. For example, if your neighbor also has a wireless home entertainment system, it could interfere with your system. Also a wireless system typically uses infrared to send signals to other components. The signal could become obstructed by other objects or by the component not facing the component sending the signals.  Although not common and some people never experience them at all the potential is always there.

Getting a wireless home theater system is a good investment and in general much better then wired components. Since wireless systems are generally more expensive the wired systems you may want to do some more research to determine if a wireless system is for you. For example, you may be able to get more components with a wired system since the wired system will be a little cheaper. It really all depends on the type of components you want and your budget.
